Lymphatic Drainage is a massage technique that gently manipulates your lymphatic system to increase health benefits. This technique is particularly great for reducing swelling, recovery from certain illnesses, and promoting your overall health.

Jazz Martin

I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2018 and have dedicated my work to therapeutic, intuitive bodywork that honors both the physical and energetic body. My practice includes sports massage, deep tissue, prenatal, Thai massage, Graston technique, cupping, reflexology, STR, and PNF stretching—tools I use intentionally to release restriction, restore movement, and support the body’s natural healing wisdom. As a Reiki Level 2 practitioner, I incorporate gentle energy work into every session, supporting balance, release, and the body’s natural healing process.
